The Beaconettes perform topical versions of familiar tunes in four-part harmony. In signature beehive hairdos illuminated by twinkling lights, the Beaconettes are a familiar presence at holiday festivals, Christmas-tree lightings and the Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition where they are five-time winners of the People's Choice Award. Led by Music Director Vinaigrette (a.k.a. Melet Whinston), the Beaconettes reside primarily in the Beacon Hill area, with their families, pets and extra battery packs.

The Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition

Friday, December 6, 6 PM - 8:30 PM

Westlake Park, Downtown Seattle

The Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition raises funds for the Pike Market Senior Center & Food Bank which offer free meals, free groceries, one-on-one counseling, and other services to our low-income and homeless neighbors in need.

Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as dozens of caroling teams sing their hearts out on Downtown Seattle street corners in and around Westlake Center. The top teams then compete in a sing-off on the Figgy Main Stage.

Join us for one of Seattle’s most magical and festive nights. This heart-warming tradition attracts nearly 10,000 people every year to enjoy holiday music!
